Ashley Lande Brown tipped me off to the Parisian artist Jim Skull. The inspirations for his macraméd, flourescent gimped, and jeweled skulls come by way of Africa, India and contemporary religions. His multiple interpretations of skulls just leaves me totally mesmerized. Who knew tea bags could look so macabré. Or the gimp I used as a child at arts & crafts could take such a deviant twist. Excellent! (via Jim Skull. - my love for you is a stampede of horses.)
